Your Questions, Answered

  • Your membership gives you access to any and all classes in the studio. This unique approach to memberships gives you the flexibility to try new methods and find movement that works for YOU!

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime. Our memberships are recurring, so each month your balance will be automatically renewed.

  • Come to class ready to move. We ask that you bring socks for reformer classes (don’t worry, we have some for purchase if you need!) and some water.

    Most of our mat classes are heated, so plan to bring your mat and a water bottle. We have mats for rental and water on site!

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
